NEWTOWN, Pa. (WPVI) -- Students in Bucks county tested their science skills Friday with a friendly competition involving heights

8th graders at St. Andrew Catholic School held their annual Egg Drop.

Students used all kinds of creative designs to package their egg in hopes of it not breaking.

Teachers dropped the contraptions from 2 stories high as students cheered on the ones that kept the egg intact.

Of course there were several eggs that did not brace the fall as gracefully!
