Cloudy, overcast Memorial Day at Jersey Shore

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (WPVI) -- The weather this Memorial Day hasn't exactly cooperated.

But despite having to throw on a few extra layers, or ride in the tram with plastic draped over the sides in case of rain, people in Atlantic City were still having fun.
