Driver rescued from overturned car in Somerton

Rescuers raced to save a driver from an overturned car in the Somerton section of Philadelphia.

It happened just after midnight Wednesday on the 400 block of Byberry Road.

Police say the driver was speeding when he hit a parked car and flipped over.

Crews were able to cut him out of the wreckage. He was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
