Wilmington animal shelter waiving adoption fees for cats and dogs

WILMINGTON (WPVI) -- An animal shelter in Wilmington is waiving adoption fees for dogs and cats that need to find a loving home.

The Best Friends Animal Society and the Faithful Friends Animal Society are working together to help find new owners for many of their rescues.

The promotion will go on through July 4.
