BRIDGEWATER, MA. (WPVI) -- A third person has been arrested in connection with the death of a New Jersey native who was set on fire in Massachusetts.

Prosecutors say Ovi Cruz misled police. They accuse him of lying about how well he knew Fernando Owens, who is wanted for Ashley Bortner's murder.

29-year-old Bortner grew up in Paulsboro, Gloucester County.

Investigators say Owens gagged and burned her because he believed she was somehow involved in his son's shooting death.

Owens is still on the run.

A husband and wife are also under arrest, accused of being accessories after the fact.
