Andorra bank robbed; suspect remains at large

Philadelphia Police are investigating a bank robbery in the city's Andorra section.

The robbery occurred around 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Citizens Bank branch on the 8300 block of Ridge Avenue.

Police say a man entered the Citizens Bank branch, gave the teller a demand note announcing a hold-up.

The man fled on foot with about $2,000.

The suspect is described as a white male, 25-30 years of age, standing 5'10" and weighing about 170-180 pounds. He had light facial hair - a mustache and beard. He was last seen wearing a beige winter coat, dark blue jeans, and a dark green hat.
