NORWOOD, Pa. (WPVI) -- Police have charged a man following the death of a 2-year-old child in Delaware County on Tuesday.

The toddler was rushed to Talyor Hospital yesterday afternoon from a home on the 400 block of Chester Pike in Norwood.

The child was later pronounced dead.

Police arrested Daniel Grafton, who is the boyfriend of the child's mother. He is being charged with recklessly endangering another person and endangering the welfare of a child.

The DA says those charges may be upgraded pending the autopsy scheduled for Thursday morning.

Grafton is being held without bail.
