SUV, fire truck crash in West Oak Lane

WEST OAK LANE (WPVI) -- An SUV and a fire truck crashed on Monday morning in the West Oak Lane section of Philadelphia.

It happened at the intersection of Old York Road and 69th Avenue just before 5 a.m.

It appears the SUV t-boned the fire truck.

The driver of the SUV was taken to the hospital and was last reported to be in stable condition.

The fire truck had only minor damage.

There was no word on what led up to the crash.
