Water main break in South Philadelphia building

SOUTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The Philadelphia Fire Department was called to a South Philadelphia building for a water main break.

Officials say the 8-inch main broke around 8:10 a.m. Thursday on South Christopher Columbus Boulevard.

The water department arrived on scene and turned off the water.

There is no word on the extent of damage to the building.
