Shooting in Ogontz caught on video

OGONTZ (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are searching for two suspects wanted in a shooting that was captured on video in Ogontz.

The incident occurred at 11:50 p.m. Sunday on the 2100 block of Stenton Avenue.

Police say the two male suspects were captured on surveillance video parking a green colored vehicle, possibly a Dodge Intrepid with a sunroof.

The suspects then exited the vehicle and walked to the corner of Stenton Avenue and Beechwood Street where the victims, a 25-year-old male and 27 year-old male, were sitting inside their vehicle talking with people who were on the sidewalk.

Both suspects then pulled handguns and began firing at them striking both victims in the wrist, legs and forearm.

Both victims were transported to Einstein Medical Center in stable condition.

Suspect #1 is described as a black male with a medium build and a beard, wearing a light colored hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, dark colored shoes, and armed with a handgun.

Suspect #2 is described as a black male with a heavy build and a beard, wearing a light colored hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and armed with a handgun.
