Mayor Nutter kicks off Philly Spring Cleanup countdown

GERMANTOWN (WPVI) -- It is time for some Spring cleaning around Philadelphia.

Thursday afternoon, Mayor Michael Nutter launched the countdown to the 8th annual Philly Spring Cleanup.

The city is calling on volunteers for the April 11th event.
