Man shot in the chest, killed in North Philadelphia

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police say a man was shot and killed in North Philadelphia.
It happened around 6:00 p.m. Saturday in the 700 block of West Russell Street.
The victim was shot in the chest.
He was taken to Temple University Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
No word on a motive or any arrests.
