Police: Suspects duct tape victim, steal phone, PS4

WEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police are looking for two suspects who stole electronics from a West Philadelphia home.

Officers were called around 11:00 a.m. Wednesday to the 100 block of North 59th Street.

The 22-year-old victim tells police two men forced their way into the home and duct taped him.

They fled with an Android phone, PS4 gaming system, and $4 in change.

No injuries were reported.
