Man's death ruled homicide in Chester

CHESTER, Pa. (WPVI) -- Delaware County authorities are investigating a man's death in Chester, which they believe was the result of foul play.

It was around 6:45 Tuesday morning when police were called out to the report of an unresponsive male at the intersection of 3rd and Kerlin streets.

When officers arrived they found a 44-year-old male dead at the scene.

It is being investigated as a homicide.

Police are waiting the results of an autopsy before they release the cause of death and the victim's identification.
