Truck takes down several poles on Rt. 202 in Chester Co.

BIRMINGHAM TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- Chester County authorities are on the scene of an accident that has taken down three PECO poles and wires along Route 202.

The incident happened around 11 a.m. Friday in the northbound lanes of Route 202 in the area of Penn Oaks Drive in Birmingham Township.

A truck reportedly took down the utility poles. However, it remains unclear how it happened.

No injuries have been reported.

The local fire department and PECO crews are on the scene.
