6abc teams with young people to change communities

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. -- 6abc is looking for young people in our area who are changing their communities.

And we want to hear from you.

We're partnering with the ABC network and Youth Service America to offer a "Summer of Creativity" Grant.

We're looking for people between the ages of 5 and 18 who are creating lasting, positive change through volunteer and community service projects.

You can nominate someone or apply yourself.

You could get a $500 grant.
