It's a celebration of Asian American & Pacific Islander heritage month. This special will air on May 23rd at 7:30pm on 6abc. We look at how western medicine is now incorporating eastern practices. We meet members of the local Vietnamese community, for whom the Pope's upcoming visit holds special importance. We meet a young girl who's a worldwide ping pong playing phenom, learn the art of the kimono and meet a woman who's helping Indian Americans continue the culinary traditions of their homeland. The special is hosted by Nydia Han.
