Man carrying baby steals from South Philadelphia Target
SOUTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police are looking for a man, carrying a baby, who stole a customer's cell phone from a South Philadelphia Target.
It happened inside the location along Mifflin Street back on May 3.
Surveillance video shows the victim standing at a counter listening to an ear phone display.
She'd placed her cell phone next to her and forgot to take it when she walked away.
Minutes later, a man carrying a baby walked up to the same counter.
He then passed the baby to an unknown woman, picked up the cell phone from the counter and walked away.
The suspect was captured on tape carrying the baby and the cell phone out of the store.
