Delaware man, 50, charged with raping 13-year-old girl

DOVER, Del. -- Dover Police have charged a 50-year-old man with raping a 13-year-old girl.

Officers say Bobbie Harrell was arrested this week and charged with rape and other offenses.

Police say the girl's mother told police that Harrell, who was babysitting for her, had sexual contact with her daughter.

Harrell is being held on $64,000 secured bond.
