Man shot 3 times in Kensington

KENSINGTON (WPVI) -- Police say a 33-year-old man was shot three times in the Kensington section of Philadelphia early Wednesday morning.

The shooting happened around 1:00 a.m. on the 1900 block of East Firth Street.

It's not clear if the shooting took place inside or outside of a house.

The victim was shot in the legs and rushed to the hospital. He is in stable condition.

Police say, one person was taken into custody who was wanted by police for another incident.

Investigators are sorting out the details.
