Man critical in Kensington shooting

KENSINGTON (WPVI) -- A man was critically injured and a juvenile suffered minor injuries after a shooting in Philadelphia's Kensington section.

It happened around 6:30 Sunday night near H and East Ontario streets.

The victim, a man in his 20s, was shot in the back. He was taken to Temple University Hospital in critical condition.

More than a dozen sell casings littered the scene.

Police say a stray bullet also hit a nearby window.

A juvenile suffered minor injuries from the window fragments.

No word on a motive or any possible suspects.
