CHICAGO (WPVI) -- A Chicago artist decided to turn the negative into a positive after someone vandalized his garage.

Instead of just scrubbing off the graffiti, Chris Campagna decided to use it as a learning experience for his two kids.

They painted over the graffiti with chalkboard paint, then made a mural and wrote out quotes from Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
