TAMPA, FL (WPVI) -- A Tampa, Florida, man says he's been banned from Starbucks for life.

Rob Rowen says it's because he would take pictures of vehicles that were illegally parked in handicap parking spaces in front of the coffee shop, and then confront the drivers inside the store. It seems Starbucks had enough.

The manager of the store sent Rowen a letter, telling him to stay away for good.

Rowen said, "I care because I have a big heart. I care because my son in law is one of those people who uses those parking spots."

Starbucks issued a statement, saying they are working to improve the parking situation.
