FRANKFORD (WPVI) -- Authorities say an argument over a cell phone led to a double shooting in the Frankford section of Philadelphia.

The incident happened before 12:30 a.m. Wednesday on the front steps of one of the victim's home on the 5300 block of Charles Street.

Police say a single gunshot grazed two males, 18-years-of-age.

Witnesses told police they saw three men fleeing the scene.

"Police in the 15 district did a good job, and within minutes found 3 males who fit the description about 3 blocks from this location," said Philadelphia Chief Inspector Scott Small.

Investigators say they are now interviewing witnesses to determine which one of the men was the shooter.

Both victims are expected to be okay.
