One person is dead after gunfire erupted on South Street Friday night. Now Philadelphia police are searching for the gunman.

SOUTH STREET (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police say a man has been arrested for a fatal shooting outside the Theater of the Living Arts on South Street.

Tylee Wilbur, 28, from the 1200 block of North Saint Bernard Street, has been charged with murder and other offenses.

Investigators say he shot 25-year-old John Green on Friday night.

It was around 8:13 p.m. when officers heard a scuffle and a gunshot and rushed to the area of the TLA at 330 South Street.

Green was found on the street with a gunshot wound to the abdomen. He was rushed to the hospital but died a short time later.

Facebook page, Lil Durk with Gunplay, Hypno Carlito, Money June, Chic Raw, Joey G, Los & Deniro, CONCEPTZ, and DJ Ant were scheduled to perform at the venue Friday night.
