Attack on student prompts warning at Kutztown University

KUTZTOWN, Pa. (WPVI) -- Officials at Kutztown University have issued an alert following an attack on a student near campus.

Police released photos of the suspects wanted for the pistol whipping and robbery.

It happened on Saturday just off campus near West Main and Baldy streets.

The suspects were seen leaving in a white Volvo sedan with a temporary Pennsylvania registration.

Kutztown students have been advised to avoid walking alone at night and to stay in well-lit areas.
