A New Jersey state police trooper and another driver were killed in this crash in Millville, New Jersey on December 5, 2016.

Friends say 61-year-old Lloyd Rudley had diabetes, but the autopsy did not mention a medical emergency.

Both Rudley and 31-year-old New Jersey State Trooper Frankie Williams were killed when Rudley's Toyota crossed over the median on Route 55 in Millville.
