Credit card thief strikes Planet Fitness in Lawndale

LAWNDALE (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are looking for a credit card thief who targeted a patron at the Planet Fitness location in Lawndale.

It happened at the location along the 500 block of Adams Avenue back on April 15th.

The victim told police he'd just finished working out when he noticed his wallet and other personal items were stolen from his locker.

He contacted his bank, which then informed him that the cards were used at the Rite Aid on the 5600 block of Rising Sun Avenue.

This surveillance video shows the suspect enter the store, buy several items at the register and then walk out.
