Crews battle apartment blaze in Delco

DARBY TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- Firefighters were on the scene of an apartment blaze in Darby Township, Delaware County.

It started around 6:20 p.m. Wednesday along the 700 block of Clifton Avenue.

Heavy flames were showing from a two-story structure when crews arrived.

Several neighboring communities were brought in to assist.

Everyone made it out safely.

There is no immediate word on what caused the blaze.
