WILMINGTON (WPVI) -- Dozens of people took to the streets in protest Friday after Delaware's attorney general decided not to bring criminal charges against the Wilmington police officers who shot a man in a wheelchair.

The protest took place in Downtown Wilmington where protesters marched.

They say the DA should have criminally charged the four officers involved in Jeremy McDole's death.

Cell phone video captured the incident last September.

A Delaware Department of Justice investigation found no probable cause to charge the officers.
