BROOKLAWN, N.J. (WPVI) -- Officials say three motorists had to be rescued from flood waters in Brooklawn, New Jersey early Wednesday morning.

The first incidents happened around 3:00 a.m. on Route 130 near the Brooklawn Circle at Route 551.

One driver had to crawl onto the roof of his vehicle and was rescued by a pick-up truck.

Police say another motorist was rescued from her Jeep Cherokee.

Darlene Corigliano told Action News, "I was coming home from work. I couldn't see. It was a glare, and by the time I realized it, my front end was already far enough in, and the current just took me and spun me around."

A third motorist became stranded at the same location just before 5:00 a.m. That incident was captured by the Action Cam, already on the scene to record the previous incidents.

None of the drivers was injured. Their vehicles remain stranded in the high waters.

Route 130 remains closed at Brooklawn Circle.
