Endangered man, 61, missing in North Philadelphia

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police are asking the public's help in finding a missing endangered man in North Philadelphia.

Sixty-one-year-old Glenn Powell went missing on May 7th.

He was last seen on the 2600 block of West Susquehanna Avenue.

Authorities say that Powell, is diagnosed with schizophrenia, and is bipolar.

He frequents the area of the 1300 block of Lehigh Avenue.
