Fatal apartment fire in Bristol Township

BRISTOL TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- A man was killed in an apartment fire in Bristol Township, Bucks County.

The blaze broke out just after 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Stoneridge Apartments in the 1700 block of Bath Road.

Flames were seen coming from the second floor of the three story building.

A man in his 50s was taken to Lower Bucks Hospital where he died from his injuries.

A second person was hospitalized in an unknown condition.

The fire was brought under control but the cause is still unknown.
