FBI joins investigation into Maple Shade mom, son deaths

MAPLE SHADE, N.J. (WPVI) -- The FBI has now joined the investigation into the double murder of a mother and her six-year-old son in Maple Shade, New Jersey.

Sasikala Narra 38, and her son, Anish, were found stabbed to death at their home in the Fox Meadow Apartments back in March.

Narra's husband reportedly made the gruesome discovery after returning home from a work-related gathering.

Both husband and wife immigrated from India to work at an information technology company.

At last check, neither police nor federal agents had a suspect or a motive.
