A fire damaged three neighboring row homes in North Philadelphia early Thursday morning.

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A fire damaged three neighboring row homes in North Philadelphia early Thursday morning.

The fire started around 2:15 a.m. on the 2700 block of North Newkirk Street.

Fire crews arrived to heavy flames showing on the first floor of a 2-story row house. The fire quickly spread to the second floor.

It took crews eighteen minutes to get the flames under control.

Two other houses sustained smoke and water damage.

So far, no reports of any injuries.
