Fire destroys Kensington garage

KENSINGTON (WPVI) -- A fire destroyed a garage in the Kensington section of Philadelphia.

Chopper 6 was over the 2500 block of North Mascher Street Wednesday.

The fire started there shortly before 7 p.m.

Arriving crews reported heavy fire showing from the garage, officials say.

It took crews nearly 15 minutes to douse the flames, officials say.

No injuries were reported.
