WESTAMPTON, N.J. (WPVI) -- An adult day care center in Burlington County was evacuated after someone pulled a powder fire extinguisher.

It happened at the Bancroft Adult Day Care Center on Pioneer Blvd. in Westampton Township, N.J.

Officials say the fire extinguisher sent residue all across the center.

Each patient inside the center has to be medically cleared due to various health concerns exposure could bring.

At least 30 people have been taken from the facility to local hospitals for evaluation.

No injuries have been reported.
