Firefighter injured in North Philadelphia house blaze

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A firefighter was injured battling a blaze in North Philadelphia.

The fire broke out past 11:30 p.m. Wednesday on the 1300 block of North Marshall Street.

Crews arrived to heavy flames showing on the first floor of a row house.

One firefighter was hurt and taken to the hospital for observation.

It is unclear if anyone is currently living in the house.

The cause is under investigation.
