Firefighters battle 2 fires in Bucks County

Bucks County firefighters battle two fires on Wednesday evening. (WPVI)

Firefighters in Bucks County battled blazes in Plumstead and Buckingham townships.

The first fire broke out around 4:45 p.m. Wednesday in the 4500 block of Burnt House Hill Road in Plumstead.

Chopper 6 over a fire in Plumstead Township .

One person was taken to Doylestown Hospital for minor injuries.

The second fire broke out around 5:40 p.m. at Swamp and Smith roads in Buckingham.

Officials say a detached structure located adjacent to a home erupted in flames.

A fire broke out in Buckingham Township.

One person taken to Saint Mary Medical Center for minor injuries.

Both fires were placed under control by 6:30 p.m.
