High school students walk out in protest of President-elect Trump

LOS ANGELES (WPVI) -- High school students are walking out of class to protest President-elect Donald Trump.

Right now hundreds of students are walking the streets in Los Angeles, California.

And about an hour ago students in Silver Spring, Maryland walked out.

Some students held signs as they left the school.

Police are escorting the students as they walk down the street.

These are just some of many protests happening around the country since Donald Trump was elected almost a week ago.
