Man found shot to death in Mercedes-Benz

LOGAN (WPVI) -- Philadelphia homicide detectives are investigating the death of a man found shot to death in the back seat of a Mercedes-Benz.

Officers found the body before 6:30 a.m. Thursday in the 500 block of East Armstrong Street.

The victim, a 25-year-old white man, was found partially naked. He had been shot in the head.

No murder weapon was found.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

The vehicle was found not far from the La Salle University campus.
