Man hospitalized after West Philadelphia shooting

WEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police are investigating a shooting in West Philadelphia.

It happened after 9 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of 52nd Street and Wyalusing Avenue.

According to police, a 25-year-old man was shot several times.

He was rushed to the Penn Presbyterian Medical Center in stable condition.

He suffered wounds to his chest, buttocks, and shoulder.

Police have made no arrests or said a motive for the shooting.
