A man was killed in what police say appears to be a drive-by shooting in the Logan section of Philadelphia.

LOGAN (WPVI) -- A man was killed in what police say appears to be a drive-by shooting in the Logan section of Philadelphia.

It happened around 5:20 p.m. Wednesday along the 1600 block of Widener Place.

Police say a 21-year-old man was sitting on his front porch when someone opened fire, hitting him in the chest.

He was rushed to Albert Einstein Medical Center where he was pronounced dead at 7:11 p.m.

Police say the suspect may have been an occupant in a blue car.

So far, no arrests have been made, and no motive has been determined.
