Man shoots at vehicle on South Street

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are searching for a suspect who shot at a man on South Street.

It happened on around 1:15 a.m. on August 21 at 12th and South.

Police say the driver of a black BMW nearly struck a man at the intersection.

After words were exchanged, police say the suspect exited the BMW and shot at the victim several times striking the vehicle.

The suspect is described as a black man, wearing a white shirt, khaki bucket hat, black shorts, white socks and white sneakers.
