A 24-year-old man was shot outside, and two of those bullets went through a house in Philadelphia's Olney section.

OLNEY (WPVI) -- A 24-year-old man was shot outside, and two of those bullets went through a house in Philadelphia's Olney section.

Police say a gunman opened fire around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday on the 1000 block of Wagner Avenue near North 10th Street.

The victim was shot twice in the arm after walking back from a Chinese food store. He then ran inside a residence.

There were twelve people inside, including four children, ranging in age from 6-months to 6-years-old.

Two bullets also entered the front of the house, one shattered a window, and the second bullet landed in the living room area.

No one inside the home was hurt.

Meanwhile, the victim managed to run three blocks to Einstein Medical Center for treatment. He is in stable condition.

Police also found eight shell casings at the scene. They think the victim was targeted.

Investigators are checking the area cameras.

Police are looking for the shooter.
