Man shot in the chest in Wilmington

WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- Police are investigating a shooting that critically injured a man in Wilmington.

It happened around 8:00 p.m. along the 500 block of Shearman Street.

Initial reports are that a man was shot in the chest. He was rushed to Christiana Hospital in critical condition.

No word yet on a motive or any arrests.
