Man shot twice in back in North Philadelphia

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A man is in critical condition after being shot twice in the back in North Philadelphia.

The shooting occurred around 10:25 p.m. Monday along the 2300 block of North Gratz Street.

Police discovered the victim lying down on the street. They rushed him to Temple University Hospital for treatment.

It is unclear who shot the man. Police have not released his name.
