Man sought for allegedly using fake $100 bills

WEST CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa. (WPVI) -- West Conshohocken Police are asking for the public's help in finding a man who they say is wanted for passing counterfeit bills.

On Wednesday, November 12, the man pictured entered the Wawa on Crawford Avenue and purchased two candy bars and a pack of Newport 100 Box cigarettes.

He allegedly paid for those items using a counterfeit $100 bill.

After viewing the surveillance video, police learned that the man is wanted for allegedly passing other counterfeit bills in the area.

Police are asking anyone who may know the identity of the suspect to contact investigators at (610) 940-5842.
