Man stabbed during fight in North Philadelphia

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police say an unidentified man's face was slashed during a fight in North Philadelphia early Tuesday morning.

The stabbing occurred around 2:30 a.m. near the intersection of 23rd Street and Ridge Avenue.

Officers rushed the victim to the hospital. He is listed in stable condition.

The stabbing stemmed from a fight with another man.

So far, no word on arrests or what sparked the fight.
