Man, woman shot dead in Chester

CHESTER, Pa. (WPVI) -- Police are investigating a double homicide in Chester, Delaware County.

It happened around 2 p.m. Friday on the 2200 block of West Third Street.

Officers arrived to find a man and woman unresponsive and suffering from gunshot wounds.

Both victims were pronounced dead at the scene.

Detectives and have interviewed several people, but so far, there are no arrests.

An autopsy will be conducted by the Delaware County Medical Examiner.

The man is believed to be in his late 20s. There is no information on the female's age.
